Public speaking and events

We have vast experience with public speaking on different topics and events. We cover subjects like destinations we’ve visited, adventures, self-organized travel, travel writing and photography, online business, lifestyle, inspiration. Here are some videos of our public speaking appearances.

With our first book “The Magic of Traveling: Follow the Locals” we organized and conducted a few off-the-beaten-path book presentations within Bulgaria. We had tons of fun together with warm-hearted local people who are artists, creators, dancers, travelers and people who value life!

Dance, traditions and indigenous people

We travel to immerse ourselves in different cultures and meet new friends. When we follow the locals we try to learn about new interesting customs and traditions, or at least some traditional dances. Like jumping high with Masai people to pay less for getting married, crafting our own ring our of walnuts in the Bolivian jungle, observing Yao women in China combing their 2-meter-long hairs, or hunting and gathering with a Hadzabe tribe in Tanzania.

There are so many unique and beautiful traditions that one lifetime is not enough to get to know them!

With our dancing experience and being dance teachers at Applaus Dance – our dance studio, we work towards bringing positive mood and emotions wherever we are. Dance all your problems away and make friends out of total strangers! From baby steps for beginners to jaw-dropping choreographies with costumes at an attractive place – we’ll make your crazy dance dreams come true!

Social change, volunteering, and education

We believe international volunteering is the right way to significant social change on an intercultural and international level.

We’ve been working in different educational projects – locally and internationally. Our experience includes mentoring and teaching First Lego League robotics teams, motivational sessions with students, creative writing workshops, teaching English.

We founded two NGOs to further develop our commitment to supporting education and sustainability – Zarika Association and Sustainable for the Future Foundation.

Corporate social responsibility

We have a solid corporate experience where we spent a considerable amount of time on socially responsible projects of the company we worked for. From setting up clothes and toys collection stations, through organizing volunteering events for the colleagues, to more serious matters like leading a project for recruiting and onboarding people with disorders in the autism spectrum.
